I picked this up during a desperate run to Urban Outfitters last year when I ran out of a toner during a business trip to LA. Honestly wasn't expecting much but this is a really awesome toner that helps calm down my skin and leaves it feeling refreshed! It's made of organic rose water and also contains witch hazel to control excess oil and blemishes. I would recommend!

I didn't love the specks of rose in the toner.
