STEP
1
Cleanser
bioderma hydrabio h2o hydrating micellar water
I use this to take my make-up and sunscreen off. Apply liberally to a cotton pad and swipe alllll over my face.
STEP
2
Cleanser
formula 10.0.6 best face forward daily foaming cleanser
I wash my face with this cleanser, which I bought because it seems to have a lot of plant extracts in it. I like it, but my face does feel squeaky clean after.
STEP
3
Toner
pixi glow tonic
This is an exfoliating toner, it contains an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) which helps in the removal of dead skin cells. My face has become a lot more... smooth? since I've used it. I apply to a cotton pad and swipe across my face, avoiding my face.
STEP
4
Serum
the ordinary granactive retinoid 2% emulsion
I apply this every other day. It's a retinoid, and honestly I got this as a recommendation from a skincare loving friend who told me I should incorporate retinol in my skincare routine.
STEP
5
Serum
cosrx advanced 96 snail mucin
I was a bit dubious on this one, because, I mean, snail secretion? I tried a sample of this and loved it though for the hydration it gave me. So now it's a mainstay in my routine.
STEP
6
Moisturizer
the ordinary natural moisturizing factors + ha
This is a lightweight moisturizer, and I find it's enough if I fast follow the previous essence. It has compounds found naturally in the skin, and it's really economical, so I lather it on.
