Amazing product and company. Does exactly what it claims. I think this is essential for any medicine cabinet :)

This is manufactured and packaged air-tight in a completely sterile environment which allows the formula to be free of preservatives. While preservatives are by no means a bad thing, they can irritate seriously damaged skin like mine, so this product is a real revolution in the industry.

This is a great unscented physical sunscreen. Leaves absolutely no white cast whatsoever! It can feel a bit heavy on the skin after it dries and it pills easily, but it's such a gentle formula, I'm willing to look past that.

can you tell us a bit more about the krave beauty serum? why do you think that is a must have for any medicine cabinet? :)

Of course! It basically mimics your skin's natural moisture barrier. In my experience it has been very soothing, and leaves a nice protective occlusive layer. Just a couple days of using it and my dry patches are nowhere to be found, which has been MONTHS of trial and error to fix. It has a distinct woodsy/earthy smell that I don't mind, but there is no added fragrance. I think this is a medicine cabinet must have because of its soothing/calming nature and its ability to fix a plethora of skin issues. I wish more products like it existed!

OK, you've convinced me! This sounds like a lovely serum. I've never heard of Krave Beauty since I used mostly skincare from Sephora, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the price! $28 is quite friendlier on the wallet than the serums I find at Sephora... will need to give this a try. Do you think it might be too rich for oily skin types though?

I didn't know about the Avène Cream - thanks for sharing how it is different from the rest! Do you find it is hydrating enough for your dry skin?

I had been using thick creams like CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and FAB Ultra Repair, which are great gentle, hydrating, and occlusive products for dry skin. Due to my damaged skin barrier, they started making my skin burn pretty badly. Avène isn't quite as occlusive as the ones I mentioned, but it's definitely enough to get me through the day without dry patches, which is just what I need.
