  • Holifrog-Tashmoo Water Lily Nourishing Milky Wash
    STEP
    1
I only use this when I used a sleeping mask or applied an oil the night before. It's an amazing, non-stripping cleanser for the AM. Otherwise, I just rinse my face with water and start my routine.
  • Timeless skincare-20% Vitamin C-E Ferulic Acid Serum
    STEP
    3
The best affordable vitamin C. The ingredients couldn't get better than this. It does oxidize after about two and a half months, but if you're using it every morning, that's about as long as it takes to get through the bottle. I use two pumps every morning and I've already noticed a huge difference in the overall tone brightness of my skin.
  • First Aid Beauty-Ultra Repair® Cream Intense Hydration
    STEP
    5
I'm not 100% sure about this product yet. It is definitely hydrating, so I love that. For my AM, it works great. For my PM routine, it's not so great. It started pilling over top of my HA serum and my Curology formula. I'm assuming it's my HA serum (fingers crossed), though it's never pilled before like that. Otherwise, it's a great basic moisturizer and I'm definitely content with it. I also occasionally get eczema when the weather changes drastically (like it has been recently + the amount of rain and humidity) and this really does help tremendously. And by tremendously I mean the rash/a bunch of little itchy bumps on my neck and the scaliness on my eyelids is gone. (I previously used the Clinique Moisturizing Lotion. I really liked it but I'm not sure if I'll repurchase. There is still so many moisturizers out there that I want to try!!)
  • CeraVe-Eye Repair Cream
    STEP
    6
I only use this when I wear makeup, which is rare, and it makes my makeup sit so much smoother under my eyes as I tend to get pretty dry there. It's a very basic eye cream, and yes I know they're not necessary, but it helps my makeup sit better under my eyes.
  • Purito-Centella Green Level Unscented Sun Spf50+ Pa++++
    STEP
    7
Hands-down the best SPF. If you haven't tried this, do and I promise you will fall in love.

It's really good at soothing and replenishing the skin! Centella Asiatica extract replenishes the moisture barrier and improves skin moisture content. It also has Niacinamide, Ceramides, Peptides, Madecassic Acid, Jojoba esters, and Camellia Sinensis leaf extract. I feel like it's an all-in-one serum for me. It strengthens the skin's barrier, helps to prevent aging, and reduces redness and irritation. I have somewhat sensitive skin due to the Curology formula that I use at night, so this works wonders without being too much for my skin.

IMO, I don't think it's super necessary to wash your face in the morning! Just rinsing your face with water would honestly be enough 😄

I don't wash my face every morning! I only cleanse my skin if I used a thick oil the night before or an overnight face mask. Though, this face cleanser is really hydrating. It has sunflower seed oil, aloe, apricot oil, root extracts, and other hydrating ingredients, so it's the opposite of stripping. But you're right about not cleansing every morning, especially with dry skin!
