  • Kose-Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil
    STEP

    kose softymo deep cleansing oil
I love this cleansing oil for taking off my make-up. I've been buying it off Amazon, usually less than $10 per bottle which lasts me around 2 months. Super easy to use too – you apply it with dry hands and rub all over your face for about a minute, then rinse thoroughly. My face feels soft after!
  • Farmacy-Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser
    STEP
    2
I got this at the last Sephroa VIB sale just because I've been wanting to try something from Farmacy for a while. Also, I feel like honey is always a good ingredient you can't go wrong with. This foams up pretty nicely and doesn't feel stripping of my skin, which is important to me. Also personally love the pump.
  • Paula's Choice-Skin Perfecting 2% Bha Liquid
    STEP
    3
In my opinion, this is one of the key products that helps me keep acne at bay. From what I understand, BHA acid works deep *inside* the skin surface and pores, so it’s really good for treating acne, blemishes, and enlarged pores. I use this every other day or so. I put it on a cotton pad, swipe over my face, and let it dry for about 5-10 minutes before I move onto the next part of my routine.
  • mamonde-pore clean clay mask
    STEP
    4
A few days a week when I want a deeper cleanse, I'll use this clay mask that I bought from Ulta. It's sooooo nice smelling and I love that it doesn't dry out my face even though it's a clay mask. Overall, I really enjoy this and will use it while I watch a YouTube clip or something, around 10 minutes.
  • Kiehl's Since 1851-Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate 12.5% Vitamin C
    STEP
    5
I then use a Vitamin C serum usually every morning and night. This Kiehl's is what I'm using currently, and I actually see my face brightening & freckles fading as I use it which is really nice. I also like the texture, which is a bit balmy/chalky especially in the morning, because it almost feels like a primer. Anyhow, loving this!
  • The Ordinary-"Buffet"
    STEP
    6
This is a great serum as well for additional hydration and antioxidant benefits. It's got multiple types of peptides, hyaluronic acid complexes, great hydration powerhouses like glycerin and urea. I bought it because I was so impressed with the ingredient list and price, and I put it on daily. I like it but I'm not in LOVE with it. Not sure if I see a huge difference.
  • Biossance-Squalane + Omega Repair Cream
    STEP
    7
So... total surprise, but I loved this cream this winter! Usually I hesitate to purchase creams with shea butter since it can be too rich and break me out, but this was such a wonderful cream that really helped me with dryness and soothed my skin. The texture is thick and creamy, yet it sinks into my skin.
  • Aesop-Damascan Rose Facial Treatment

    aesop damascan rose facial treatment
Guess what? Never go to Aesop to buy overpriced hand soaps, because they WILL give you samples of their skincare, and you WILL get hooked. That's what happened to me and this "treatment," which is basically a face oil. I love it because it contains a blend of my all-time favorite oils: Camellia Japonica, Evening Primrose, Sweet Almond, Rose... it's expensive but I only use 1-2 drops on my face. I place 1-2 drops in the palms of my hands, press into my face, and aahhh it also smells divine.

I have such unpleasant experiences with clay masks but I'm glad you found one that works for you! Is it creamy?

Yep it's creamy (have it on right now lol). I like it a lot bc it doesn't dry hard like a typical clay mask.

I liked Buffet but didn't l love it either. Something about the texture.

All aboard the Aesop hype train... 😂 I do really like their brand and products. My cousin runs a bar and she stocks her restrooms with their hand soaps. A few times there have been THEFT of the Aesop hand soaps, lol no joke...
