Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Facial Toner

I have a pretty consistent skincare routine and I was excited to experience this tried and true toner for myself in an affordable sample size! Fortunately for me, because me skincare routine is so predictable, when something KOOKY like a breakout happens, I know why. I can't say what it is about this product (I've used toners before, including glycolic acid which can be extremely harsh) or its ingredients (I've been using the glossier milky jelly cleanser with rose water for years with no problems) that gave me these small, juicy blemishes on my delicate, tender face, but I won't be using her again.

Broke me out

i had awful rosascia (i think i spelt that wrong oop) and this product helped to clear it up! i love using the cetaphil cleanser w this, my skin looks so clean and glowy. if this is a lil expensive try the dickensons witch hazel toner, i love that one but it smells awful ;)
